We do size exchanges! Read the process below:
Defective item? Email us at with the pictures showing the defect, we will refund your money or exchange the product, as you like! Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority 💕
Exchange Options:
Online Purchases: Can be exchanged both online and in-store with proof of purchase.
Proof of Purchase: This includes either a receipt or the online order confirmation email.
Size Exchange Conditions:
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Any sort of exchanges are not applicable on sale items.
- One-time exchange only. You can purchase a product of the same value; no cash refunds or vouchers will be provided.
- If you have applied any discount during your online purchase, the item will be exchanged at the same discounted price.
- The product should be in unused condition with the tag intact and all additional items (belts, etc.) included.
- The item must be odorless.
If the item does not meet these conditions, we cannot process the exchange.
Non-compliant items will be shipped back to you.
